    Cordelia Lighting Inc., a well-established designer and manufacturer of high-quality residential and commercial lighting products based in Rancho Dominguez, California, is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Accounting Manager. This position will focus on driving growth, optimizing account performance, and building strong relationships with major e-commerce partners. In this role, you be responsible for sales strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and account management for leading online retailers, including HomeDepot.com, Wayfair, and others.

    Job Responsibilities & Duties

    Driving Business Growth

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

    • Identify new sales opportunities and implement incentive programs.

    • Assess the effectiveness of promotions, content enrichment, and sales strategies through pre/post analysis.

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, leveraging data from internal and external reporting systems.

    Account Relationship Management

    • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key e-commerce accounts and internal sales teams.

    • Become an expert on customer concessions, annual terms, and policies.

    • Manage customer agreements, including CMAs and other account-specific documentation.

    • Cross Functional Leadership

    • Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet customer scorecard requirements.

    • Partner with Accounting, Credit, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to resolve disputes and optimize financial processes.

    • Work closely with Product Development and Marketing to enhance product listings, digital assets, and promotional materials.

    • Leverage market insights and industry trends to identify new product opportunities and share findings with the Product Development team.

    • Coordinate with Logistics, Forecasting, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless product launches, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.

    Financial Management Reporting

    • Develop and manage sales forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning.

    • Conduct ad hoc analysis to drive revenue growth and identify key opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

    • 7+ years of direct experience managing major e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Wayfair, Lowe’s, Build, Lamps Plus).

    • Home Depot.com management experience is highly preferred.

    • Expertise in Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables) and data analysis.

    • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and A/B testing.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Experience in home and consumer products preferred.

    • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Bridge) or willingness to learn is a plus.

    • Strong analytical skills, including copywriting and content optimization experience.

    • Familiarity with decorative and commercial lighting products is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

    Our ideal candidate should have experience with customer inquiries regarding on-line merchandise or orders via phone, portals, and emails and corresponds with customer. They must be able to assist with processing incoming orders, cancellations, and parts, maintain open orders, and assist sales with all required reports. They must assist customers with product selection and replacements, and suggest various product options that are available.

    Job Responsibilities & Duties

    • Review and effectively extract incoming orders via vendor portals & emails.

    • Process & enter incoming orders in a timely manner, maintain high level of accuracy.

    • Field inbound customer service calls & emails to support E-Commerce business.

    • Provide articulate, professional and informed assistance to answer questions about online orders, products and general matters.

    • Respond to tickets on portals within 1 business day; update data when discrepancies occur to prevent future similar occurrences.

    • Communicate cross-departments to fulfill customer requests such as obtaining estimated freight charges.

    • Cross-team collaboration to ensure E-Commerce order fulfillment remains efficient on daily basis.

    • Provide & upload tracking information on all shipment per customer’s requirements.

    • Actively maintain, track, allocate, and release backorders.

    • Assists account managers as needed with quotes, chargebacks, program updates, updating procedures and miscellaneous duties.

    • Daily filing/scanning of pick list, uploading invoices, and processing credit/debit memos.

    • Maintains a clean, safe and unobstructed workspace.

    Job Skills and Requirements

    • AA Degree and/or or equivalent in CSR experience (minimum 2 years), preferably in an E-Commerce or emailed based setting.

    • A demonstrated team player working in an open, team-driven environment.

    • Pleasant and professional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Have excellent grammatical skills.

    • Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.

    • Open to feedback and has desire to learn and improve on the responsibilities and duties of this job.

    • Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume workflow are required.

    • Demonstrated PC skills; MS Office programs (Intermediate) is required, Excel (Intermediate) preferred.

    • Ensure regular, timely attendance.
